Course description
This course is delivered on site at your school or organisation. Please fill out our form to request this training.
This 2.5 hour training is aimed specifically at teachers, educators, school counsellors, and other staff working in schools and alternative education. You do not need to be directly delivering Relationships and Sexuality Education to attend this training – it will benefit anyone that interacts with young people in any professional capacity within a school or alternative education setting, including group and 1-1 work.
This training covers:
- Exploring your personal values and how to keep them in check when supporting young people with their sexual wellbeing.
- An easy-to-remember approach and set of principles to follow when having these conversations.
- Skill-building and opportunities to practice responding to tricky scenarios in order to build your confidence and competence.
- Practical tools to integrate into daily practice and conversations.
