Bodies, Boundaries and Being Me is a free resource for kaimahi working with intellectually disabled people and rangatahi aged 13 and over. It helps you build practical knowledge about topics like bodies, relationships, pleasure, consent, and reproductive choices.

All about growing up is a free workbook designed for intellectually disabled rangatahi to work through with a parent, teacher, caregiver, or anyone else that supports you. It talks about puberty and how your body changes, and which parts of your body are private.

Just about contraceptives is a free booklet designed to be used by carers working with for intellectually disabled people. It’s low literacy and talks about what contraception is, explains some of the questions a doctor or nurse might ask, and provides examples of types of contraception.
